How to make a Yogurt jelly parfait.

Yogurt jelly parfait


  • 1 x 85-gram packet of  jelly crystals.
  •    1 cup boiling water.  
  • 1/3  cup cold water.
  • 1 cup natural unsweetened yoghurt.
  • Fruit, marshmallow or whipped cream for decoration.



1     Stir the  jelly crystals and boiling water together until dissolve   Add the cold water  
       Refrigerate  until the jelly begins to set and is slightly thickened.

       

2   Whisk in the the yoghurt until smooth.
      Divide among 4 parfait glasses.
       Refrigerate until firm
      Decorate with fruit, marshmallow or whipped cream.


Preparation time: 15 minutes
Setting  time  1-2 hours
Serves: 4
